Did you know that you can work on mental health therapeutic skills by taking and analyzing photos? Looking through a new lens provides a new perspective. When you are taking photos, you are calming your mind by focusing on the present, not worrying about something in the past or future. Online therapeutic photography exercises are a self-discovery activity for tapping into creativity. If you enjoy photography, have a camera or smartphone, and want to work on mental health goals, then this virtual photography workshop is for you.
